DigiDonate costs your charity nothing

Businesses use DigiDonate to choose a charity and give to it directly. Being listed lets them find you.

Local business meets local impact

You don’t need to be big to be taken seriously

Some giving programs only list charities with a long track record and a six-figure project. DigiDonate is built for credible charities of every size — especially smaller organisations doing excellent local work that local businesses would love to back.

  • Every charity’s DGR and ACNC status is checked before it’s listed.

For Charities

DigiDonate costs you nothing. No fees, no commission.

Businesses pay you directly, into your own account.

Issue your normal gift receipt, the way you always do.

If the business opts in, your update names it in plain text. Nothing more.

You never give a business anything in return for its gift.

Any thank-you on your own channels is entirely your choice.

What we ask

  • Confirm each payment in the app within 15 days.
  • Post one short accounting update each time our client donates to you, by the 15th of the next month: what came in and what it’s funding.

What we never ask

  • Anything in return for a business (no logo, ads, tickets or thank-you posts you didn’t choose).

The charity’s monthly update

The update is accounting, not thanks. It’s one update per charity per month, with a standard line for each supporter: the amount received, and what it’s funding or has funded, in the charity’s own words. Every supporter and every amount gets the same format. No thank-you copy, praise, links, business logos or offers.

Example only
September 2026 · Reported on DigiDonate

Received $5,000 from Example business. It’s helping fund two therapy pods.

Received $1,000 from a business supporter. It’s helping fund our weekly art therapy groups.

The second line is how a business appears when it hasn’t chosen “Show our name”.
