Gavin advises DigiDonate on all legal, regulatory, and structural matters—including corporate governance, token compliance, fundraising documentation, and commercial structuring. His clients include high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private equity funds, listed companies, and national brands, bringing both breadth and precision to DigiDonate’s legal framework.

Broderick Smith
Broderick Smith is a veteran management consultant and Virtual CIO with over 28 years of expertise in information management and 15+ years in cybersecurity. He specializes in information governance, AI governance, privacy, compliance, and digital transformation across highly regulated sectors. His advisory work bridges both the private and public sectors, with deep domain knowledge spanning finance, logistics, healthcare, and not-for-profit organizations.
Broderick has founded and built successful technology companies in systems integration and managed services, and has led large-scale digital transformation, governance, and systems design programs for some of Australia’s largest enterprises. At DigiDonate, he advises on cybersecurity strategy, data governance, and scalable infrastructure—ensuring enterprise-grade protection for donor and platform data.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s in Technology Management from UNSW, has studied Organizational Design at MIT, and is a certified Blockchain and NFT expert. Broderick sits on multiple advisory boards and is a recipient of the prestigious FinTech Industry Award for Innovation. His guidance ensures DigiDonate remains resilient, compliant, and future-ready as it scales.

Irish Nunag
Irish Nunag is the creative engine behind DigiDonate’s digital presence — a strategist, designer, and storyteller rolled into one. With nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing and brand management across multiple industries, Irish combines creativity with data-driven execution to turn awareness into action.
Before joining DigiDonate, she led marketing for My Buddy Gard and five associated brands, mastering everything from SEO and content strategy to automation, video editing, and cross-channel campaigns. Her multidisciplinary expertise enables DigiDonate to translate complex blockchain and philanthropy concepts into simple, emotionally resonant narratives that connect with donors, investors, and global communities alike.
At DigiDonate, Irish drives brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms, crafting visuals, campaigns, and stories that inspire trust and participation. Simon brings over 10 years of experience in GPS technology, cybersecurity, and software development leadership. He has successfully led cross-functional teams in delivering complex software systems across logistics, mobility, and data-driven platforms, with a focus on scalability, infrastructure security, and automation.
His technical acumen is matched by a deep understanding of user behavior, operational risk, and digital trust—making him uniquely positioned to help reengineer how people give, track, and engage with charitable causes. Simon has spent years building solutions for real-world impact, particularly in sectors where transparency and accountability are mission-critical.
At DigiDonate, Simon leads platform architecture, security oversight, and product integrity. He is the driving force behind the platform’s technical vision—creating a blockchain-based system that is secure, scalable, and engineered to restore donor confidence and eliminate inefficiencies in global giving.

Marion Perlin
Marion Perlin is a brand strategist and communications professional with deep experience in community engagement, AI automation advisory, and cryptocurrency trading. Her global mindset, shaped by extensive travel across 30+ countries, brings cultural fluency and human-centered thinking to the platform’s community-building efforts. Tim Jarvis
Tim Jarvis is a veteran software architect and technology leader with over 25 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade systems and developer tools. He has held senior engineering roles at leading companies including Borland, Quest Software, CodeGear, and QuantumIT, where he led initiatives across compiler technologies, consulting services, and architecture design.
As the current CTO of My Buddy Gard, Tim oversees product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security strategy. He has a proven track record in scaling complex platforms, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering resilient, high-performance software solutions.
At DigiDonate, Tim brings deep technical leadership to the forefront of blockchain-integrated philanthropy. He is responsible for building a secure, scalable donation platform that aligns with DigiDonate’s mission of transparency, impact, and global accessibility.

Erika Wager
Erika is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building, scaling, and exiting ventures across technology, operations, and impact-driven sectors. She previously founded and successfully exited Phil Labor, a BPO firm serving international markets, and later launched ventures focused on GPS tracking and assistive tech for vulnerable communities.
Her deep operational expertise, sharp business instincts, and unshakable mission orientation have positioned her as a relentless builder committed to long-term execution. Erika’s personal experience supporting families impacted by autism, dementia, and social disadvantage has shaped her human-centered approach to innovation.

Stephanie King is an accomplished marketing strategist and co-founder of Ask Marketing, a leading Fractional CMO firm serving B2B and services-based businesses across Australia. With a background spanning exercise science and digital marketing, Stephanie has spent the past decade developing and executing growth strategies for companies navigating high-growth and highly competitive markets.
She has overseen the planning and management of multi-channel campaigns and seven-figure ad budgets, balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing. At DigiDonate, Stephanie leads brand positioning, growth strategy, and go-to-market execution—ensuring the platform cuts through the noise with a compelling, values-aligned narrative.

Jess Lau
Jehzeel Laurente is a veteran web administrator and CRM automation specialist with a deep passion for blockchain innovation and decentralized ecosystems. A crypto native since 2013, Jehzeel was an early Ethereum supporter and has spent over a decade exploring tokenomics, liquidity provisioning, and emerging decentralized technologies.
As DigiDonate’s web administrator, Jehzeel oversees technical maintenance of the platform’s web presence and manages backend automation across marketing and CRM systems. His expertise ensures seamless user onboarding, data flow, and campaign tracking—critical to the platform’s growth and donor engagement infrastructure.
With hands-on experience in Web3 communities, NFT trading, and liquidity strategies (DLMM on Meteora) across Solana, Terra, and other chains, Jehzeel brings both technical precision and cultural fluency to DigiDonate’s tech stack. His hybrid knowledge of Web2 systems and Web3 dynamics makes him a key asset as DigiDonate scales across both traditional and decentralized audiences.
